WordPress admin-ajax.php Slowing Page Speed Down

So today I was checking one of my blog to see how I could speed it up and was aiming for 90+/100 on pagespeed. I was using web page test and saw those big green lines which it turns out are a new feature in WordPress 4.4 called heartbeats. This heartbeats was meant to sync the autosave functionality or something. You can remove the functionality shown below.

wordpress admin ajax

Install Heartbeat plugin

And enable it only fot edit posts.

If it is still appearing, check the network in dev tools to find out which plugin is causing it.

It turns out monarch social sharing was the culprit. This plugin sucks for speed.
